Handmade Cards

Making cards was one of my earlier hobbycraft before sewing. I like these paper punches – they come in all shapes and sizes. They can easily be bought from Popular Book store or DAISO.  A bigger paper punch can cost between RM15- RM20.

Handmade cards are cheaper and can come in very handy when you need them to tag onto gifts or write a personal note for someone you care.

Take a look at some of the cards made by the girls at Rainbow Women’s Home a couple years ago – we had enjoyed sticking and designing various kinds of cards……but ‘punching’ was hard work.   😛

aren’t they cute? …as birthday cards.

I’ll look forward to making these again come this December with a group of girls at a school camp. 🙂

Hanging note pads

Take a look at these colorful notepads (one of my favorite things for the home). They are made from various colorful papers, thick cards and decorated with punched paper flowers, Great for the busy moms or housewives or teachers. Can be hung at the kitchen wall for writing short notes and reminders or making your shopping list. There’s even a holder for your pen or pencil  for easy reach so you won’t go around looking for one.
